How to Fix Propwash Issues After Tight Turns in FPV Flying

Did some flying this morning at Riverdale Park:

One thing i have started to notice now i am becoming more confident to do tight agressive turns is propwash.... I have flashed my ESC's to BlueJay and enabled Bidirectional D-SHOT, I have watched Bardwell's videos on Betaflight, but i am not sure how to fix the issue, or if it is even something that can be "fixed"

I don't know a whole lot but i'm pretty sure that the main contributor to prop wash is the frame (don't take my word for it though). To tell better though, if you put an action cam on your quad (one with a mic) you'll be able to hear how bad it actually is. Also looking at the vid it doesn't seem too bad, but im not flying the quad so I don't have a feel for it either. 😀
