Bug Report Issue: White Bar in Category Select Submenu

Cannot report this bug regularly since pressing the "Report a Bug" button closes this submenu.

There is a weird white bar in the center of the category select submenu, trying to select item or trying to scroll while the cursor is beneath is not possible. (This bug is on PC)
