Effectively zero risk if they are just sitting at storage voltage. If they are going to burst into flames it almost always happens when charging, right after they are physically damaged, or if they are somehow shorted.
Personally I keep all mine in lipo bags that sit in an unused fireplace.

Sweet TX
Getting back into flying again and bought this to replace my old Taranis Q X7. The range and link quality on this ELRS tx is so much better and binding a new rx is far less of a hassle than what I dealt with on frsky. The radio feels nice, screen looks good, and the touchscreen makes changing some config in the field quicker and easier.
