Does RadioMaster ExpressLRS work with Gemini?

Does the "RadioMaster ExpressLRS 2.4GHz Receiver w/Antennas - RP4TD" work with gemini?

Also curious if the RadioMaster Nomad has the ability to go 1W on 900m or "low band"
