Looking for best FPV Prepper drone..

I haven't flew fpv for 8 years and the technology has advanced so much in this time I'm kind of lost and was looking for help.

I'm looking to purchase or build a fpv drone specifcally for prepping / SHTF scenarios. I figure my criterias are

1. Reliability

2. Power system - ability to run different battery sizes

3. Analog vs digital (Tree penetration of signal)

4. Receiver / Controller ELRS?

5. Durability

6. size choice - 3-5 inch?

7. Stealth - Needs to be quiet

8. Flight Time - 5-20 minutes

9 - Simplicity

I really like the Newbeedrone kit as it's cheap but those 18650 batteries are hard to find. Any ideas? On the plus side if I get the 18650 it can also be used in a Pocket Radio Controller M2- Also Joshua Bardwell mentioned the LionBee drone wasn't durable at all.
