Is $97 a Good Deal for Emax Tinyhawk Freestyle and Taranis X-Lite?
alright guys, i found this set for $97 at facebook market and is it a good deal? The quad is the emax tinyhawk freestyle if i'm correct and the transmitter is the FrSky Taranis X-Lite?? I don't know but it seems like a great deal, maybe i can even nego even more and get it real cheap?

$20-$50 usd, max, but I personally wouldn't buy it then either. if thats the freestyle v1, then both the radio and drone are almost 10 years old and used. thats a long time for stuff to start breaking and be forgotten about. unless you need the parts or have other frsky stuff id stay away. the radio is pretty outdated even if you have other frsky stuff

yeah Id buy that for the right price for sure, get it for under $100us and that should be a pretty decent deal if the other board, motors, and cameras work. the charger is $40us new and the batteries are ~$60us new. if you can ask to see the batteries charge for like 10-20 seconds you should be able to tell if they are gonna puff out, then you could use the partially charged battery to see if the boards work. take your goggles and you should be able to check the osd. the charger is the most valuable part here until you know the electronics work and are reliable.

I agree with @AurilFPV.
It will get you in the air as long as they both are of the FRSKY protocol but you will be looking to upgrade very quickly and if you break any part of the frame it would probably be hard to find replacement parts.
I have an X-lite radio from when it came out and now the soft touch plastic is breaking down and making the controller sticky.
