Does anyone fly like this?

my arms would get sore tired holding the controller in this position. Try laying on your back holding your phone in the air.

i'd have to use the kickstand on the radio resting on my junk, for better wrist positioning.
I do struggle standing up and not falling over when flying, i mostly sit down.
