Flying to the Oracle: My Adventure with No GPS Rescue

To the oracle and back! What is the oracle you might ask? Well, I enjoy naming the places I fly. The oracle is two cement columns at the top of a hill just over a half mile from my take off point. If I fly over the hill, I could loose connection with the quad, as I don’t have GPS rescue on this build - it’s not coming back. The whole trip is just over a mile. I also cheat a bit. I follow the road, flying on both sides, so if I crash, I can drive out to the field where the quad fell and recover it without having to walk the whole distance.
