Windy today — 35 km/h gusts here in Montréal — but still a beautiful day. I biked out hoping to scout a new spot to fly, but once I felt that wind, I figured I'd be better off flying somewhere familiar. With gusts like that, you really want terrain you already know: predictable obstacles, clear lines of sight, and a good sense of how the air moves through the area. No point fighting both the wind and an unknown environment at the same time. And also it was my second flight with the Mobula7... very stable in that wind... and the wide angle lens is a little disorienting :)
