Mistakenly ordered direct from RM, took a while and paid premium shipping. Find local and really enjoy. It has all the features of much more expensive radios, but does it more compact, lighter and durable. It may not have the most buttons or switches, but what it has are very easy to get your hands and fingers into the correct position. IF you don't have large hands.
Got this for my kid and his Tinyhawk BNF. I like it has less buttons and switches so I can set him up to rip around the house and chase his little brother
I have recently got this and its a great radio, does everything you would expect for this price
I really like the RadioMaster Pocket. It feels great in the hands, the controls are precise, and the overall build makes flying enjoyable and comfortable. It’s compact but still has everything I need, and it’s become one of my go-to transmitters.
However, the right switch can be a bit stiff sometimes. It doesn’t always move smoothly and can feel like it’s sticking. It’s a small flaw, but it’s noticeable when you’re flipping it often.
Still, despite that issue, I enjoy using the RadioMaster Pocket.
I would say the best because it has all you need for you to start your fpv training in the simulator and also to have your first quad. Literally almost everyone will start with a tinywhoop and this right here fits everything you need. Its small and compact, have upgradable gimbal and even module bay. I don't think any budget TX with the same price out there have the same specs as this one. I'm happy with mine and when i am financially ready to own a quad myself, this will still be one of my TX for easy transport and for my tinywhoops.
Fantastic remote, love the colour choices. Simple and easy to use which i love. I plan to switch my plane onto this remote also just for ease of use and one less remote to carry.
Easy to use on a Sim.
I got this radio second hand. Does everything I want it to do, maybe if I needed more switches I would get a new radio. I've gotten so used to the small gimballs, regular sized gimballs feel alien to me 👽. A perfect fit for my hands! (Which aren't particulary small or large). Have been really enjoying it so far, they'll have to release a new and better radio protocol to get me to switch over!
