Yeah, from what I've seen if I'm not racing then hdzero's advantages are far fewer compared to analog (and in terms of hd systems the other 2 look far better/clearer)

The box goggles thing - i mostly felt that way because I already have the EV800Ds; if I didn't I would be buying the Box Pros or the Goggles L as my first Goggle but i found out about them too late sadly

Total budget is up to 600-700 USD

L i wasn't considering because I wanted binocular-style goggles

I wanted to go for binocular Ggggles instead of box if I'm upgrading anyway, since i already have ev800d as box 😅 or is that the wrong way to look at it for some reason?

I doubt (at least as of now) that i would go down the HDZero vtx route (analog + ws/dji would be enough imo)

i started flying this year and currently use EV800D box goggles, but also bought a Walksnail Moonlight for a cinewhoop I'm building, so I'm looking to upgrade so i can fly both Analog and Walksnail without wasting money. My hard budget ceiling is around $650–$700 (prices in USD based on what i can find available in India).

Am i better off writing off that $200 (the camera cost) and going dji anyway?

What I've narrowed down to:

1) Walksnail Goggles X + SpeedyBee Analog Module (\~$655 - Goggles X ($570) + SpeedyBee Module ($85))

2) Skyzone 04O Pro + Walksnail VRX (\~$660 - 04O Pro open-box ($360) + Walksnail VRX ($300))

3) Walksnail Goggles X + Keep EV800D for Analog (\~$570 - Just buy Goggles X for digital, stick with EV800D for analog whoops/freestyle)

Some questions based on which I'm stuck on this decision:

* Which of these gives the best value for money long-term?

* Is the 04O Pro latency issue (the one raised by Nils) actually a problem for a beginner flying freestyle/cruising? I'm not really going to be bando bashing, but in landscapes with trees etc

* What's the best overall route for running both Analog + Walksnail?

Appreciate any advice!
