Can You Fly Smoothly in 20-35 mph Winds? A Relaxed Freestyle
oldguyFPV; dances with the wind - a windy ballet #relaxedfreestyle #windyfpv #nostab #onepack
Windy today! Winds 20 to 35 mph! When it’s this windy, hitting gaps can be a challenge, so instead of hitting gaps, I practice my #relaxedfreestylefpv instead! Flying smooth on a windy day? Can it be done?
Flying smooth is always a challenge, but when the wind is blowing, it can become real interesting real quick. Flying fast, close to the ground, slow deliberate smooth acrobatic moves while maintaining a smooth cinematic feel that seems to defy gravity, that’s what I’m after! I want to ride like the wind, bend with the wind, turn a blown out day into a beautiful “Windy FPV Ballet” experience. Every move is deliberate, controlled, and as cinematic smooth as possible, pilot skills only, #nostab allowed. Anyway, that’s the idea. For me, attempting to fly smooth on a windy day, makes flying on a calm day like cutting butter with a hot knife!
Let me know how the oldguy is doing. Luv your input! Enjoy! Fly safe, fly free! #onepack #nostab #openspacefpv #relaxedfreestylefpv #seniorcitizenfpv
