@Luca the osd chip on the board may have become damaged in the crash. When you are idle hooked to the computer the chip is at rest and prob has an ok connection to the chip, but under throttle a lot of vibrations are created and could cause the chip to loose contact with the board(wherever the solder on the chip has broken away from the board) it’s a common issue unfortunately with the air AIO boards. You can look up how to reflow the solder and finding the osd chip is easy if you want to visually check. Usually the board is bent in that area and that’s what breaks the chip away from the board.
