It's tough too. I've done a powerloop straight down into the dirt and still managed to fly it home.

Yeah, don't have a mic for the prop sounds and it didn't feel right with music so I went with tie fighters and a funky light filter. 😁

When you ain't got nothing tall to dive down you just make do. It's actually the end of another extremely mediocre line that isn't worth posting but I thought this bit would make a fun short. https://youtu.be/qG4OaX7MblI?is=qN9tBDkJ39RdsGeO

I do sometimes but its kinda sketch cause there are trees at both ends and power lines that run alongside the entire roof line. I need to put together a vid of flying out there more comprehensively, there are a lot of cool little places.

Just a cheeky little peek at a thunderstorm rolling in using my Firefly25.

Thanks. I'll take a mostly clean line anytime. I'm starting to formulate a theory about the water in trees being just as irresistible to drones as other bodies of water seem to be.

Hah, all those wide open spaces and still managed to catch leaves. Nice inverted yaw spin!

It's a great spot to fly for sure, a little different than my other spots though. The other two places I frequent are bigger and more open. Flying here requires a slower pace (cause I'm a very mid pilot) and more use of vertical space. It's fun, but more challenging to fly with that particular drone (Seeker35).

It's a not insignificant part of the hobby. Luckily it made its way back to earth with only some prop damage.

New to the site. Been flying for about 8 months now in north Florida and just figured I'd say hello.
