I'm all for HDZ, simply for the latency issue. I'm not a racer, but when I switch over and use some of my WS stuff (I use a bunch of that for some work purposes) it just looks really "weird" to me. I second, though, that the picture quality and penetration is way better on the WS gear though. But flying freestyle on WS is just a very uneasy feeling for me vs. HDZ. WS is good on more of my cine-type gear. Good luck.
You mean for returns? I've always had great success with them, but then again I live in Tampa which is just up the road from them. They recently relocated from Orlando down to Sarasota and are co-located with GetFPV now even though they still hold separate businesses. Maybe things got weird in their shipping once that happened. Sorry, good luck though.
Sorry, but don't expect the FPV hobby to be financially responsible, lots of fun though. And you'll get real good at fixing not only your quads but all sorts of other random things in/around your home.
